The Office of Australian War Graves required services from the panel (“Services”) have been organised into the following five (2) categories
Category 1: Bronze Plaque Refurbishment Services
Category 2: Other Refurbishment Services (Opportunity by Request for Quote)

The Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
- The Tenderer must be a non-individual legal entity, such as an incorporated company, a trust where the trustee is an incorporated entity and the trust deed provisions are acceptable to DVA, or an incorporated association, at the time of submitting a response to this RFT.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS) Plan.
- Confirmation of Insurance (refer to Annex A – 10 Insurance).
