The Department is seeking to contract a supplier to provide access to a resource and energy commodity specific research subscription, including a historical and forecast data service, regular reports on industry developments and related supported services.

 

The data and research service should include project level detail covering production, reserves, location, cost curves, operating processes and commentary on project development, scheduled maintenance and information development projects. Project level data is required for most major resource and energy commodities. This comprehensive information service should cover historical and projected data to 2035. The data service should be complemented by regular market research reports and analyst support services.

1. Conditions for Participation
a) To submit a tender, the tenderer must satisfy the Conditions for Participation (ie mandatory requirements). If a tenderer does not satisfy the Conditions for Participation, the tender will be excluded from consideration.
b) The Conditions for Participation are set out in the following table:

1.  The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
2.  The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
3.  The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.

The Department proposes an initial contract term of three years, with the option of two, one year extensions.
