The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

Commencement Date indicative date of 1 October 2026.
The services are to be supplied from 1 October 2026 until 30 September 2030, with an extension option of one year to 30 September 2031
The Tenderer will be required to have all material and Services on site at the ANBG prior to the commence on the 1 October 2026.
The Tenderers will ensure that training and site inductions have been completed by all Personnel prior to commencement of services on the 1 October 2026.
