The Federal Court Entity supports the operations of the Federal Court of Australia (FCA), Family Court of Australia (FCoA), the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (FCC) and the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT).

The Federal Court of Australia Entity invites interested parties (Tenderers) to submit tenders (Tenders) to provide the delivery of high quality Recording, Transcription and (optionally) AV Support and Maintenance Services.

Both the FCA and FCC sit in all capital cities and regional areas in Australia from time to time. The FCoA sits in all capital cities and regional areas in Australia, except in Western Australia. The FCA supports, in addition to the NNTT, a number of other tribunals, including the Australian Competition Tribunal, Copyright Tribunal of Australia and Defence Force Discipline Appeal Tribunal.

The FCA, FCoA and FCC require the following Services:

Recording Services; In-Court Monitoring Services; Transcription Services; Administrative Services; AV Support and Maintenance Services; and Transition Services.

Industry Briefing (Sydney) - 12noon, 30 September 2019

Intend to Respond Lodgement - by 5pm on 4 October 2019

Tenderer Questions Closing Time - 5pm on 21 October 2019

Contract term - 4 years with the option of two further periods of two years.

Intended Commencement of Services - 1 July 2020

:

1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time.

2. The Tenderer must either:

(a) hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Tender Closing Time; or

(b) have a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Tender Closing Time, and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Tender Closing Time.

3. The Tenderer must hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
