The Department of Industry, Innovation and Science is seeking a qualified supplier who specialises in market intelligence and global market trends to provide market research and analysis as well as reports relating to product and competitive intelligence specific to the FMCG, foodservice, food and beverage, functional foods, nutraceuticals industries.

We require access to the latest data for major industry segments of both the Food & Agribusiness as well as the Medical Technologies and Pharmaceutical industry sectors.

Accordingly, the Department invites suitably qualified providers to submit a tender for the procurement of research services and reports for the domestic and global FMCG, foodservice, food and beverage, functional foods, nutraceuticals industries.

:

1. The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

2. The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.

3. The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.

The anticipated timeframe for the contract is one year with two options to extend for a period of 12 months each.
