The ABC may elect to proceed to a formal invitation process (RFP – Request for Proposal) as a second phase of this multi-stage procurement process with a detailed scope of requirements or exercise any of its other rights set out in the Terms and Conditions of the RFI.

Description:

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) is seeking information from the open market on solutions for a time, attendance and rostering system, preferably a cloud based, SaaS solution.

The ABC invites capable, interested respondents (vendors) to participate in the multi stage procurement process and submit a response addressing the requirements (which are set out in the RFI documents) after the Opening Date.

In order to gain access to the RFI documents via Austender after the Publishing Date at 2pm AEST on Friday 31 May, the ABC asks that you download the attached Confidentiality Deed and complete the details of Company Name, Address, ABN number along with date and signature highlighted within the document and return via email, preferably by close of business (COB) Thursday 30 May 2019. This Notice of RFI and Confidentiality Deed will remain open until one week prior (2pm AEST Friday 21 June) to the close of the RFI (2pm AEST Friday 28 June). Lodgement of the Confidentiality Deed is to the nominated person in the contact details below and in the attached Notice of RFI.

It’s the ABC’s intention that the RFI will be open in the market from Friday 2pm AEST Friday 31 May to Friday 2pm AEST 28 June 2019.

The ATM ID will be NS1009RFI.

Other Instructions:

Instructions on how to access the RFI documents from Opening Date via Austender will be supplied via email prior to release to those respondents who have submitted the completed Confidentiality Deed.

Conditions for Participation:

Complete the attached Confidentiality Deed to participate in the Request For Information.

Timeframe for Delivery:

For this Confidentiality Deed, pereferably by close of business (COB) Thursday 30 May 2019 but will formally close at 2pm on Friday 21 June 2019.
