Hosting, Support and Development of GEMS Registration System

The Department is seeking to engage a contractor to provide hosting, support and development of the GEMS Registration System (Registration System) for industry and the Department to meet their respective obligations under the Greenhouse and Enery Minimum Standards Act 2012 (GEMS Act).
The Department invites suitability qualified consultants/contractors to submit a tender for hosting, support and development of the GEMS Registration System.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act).
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in tederer are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receiveership.
The tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
The anticipated timeframe for the contract is three (3) years plus an extension option of two one-year extensions.
