Commemoration of Marion Mahony Griffin and Walter Burley Griffin - Design and Construction Contractor

The NCA is seeking a design and construction contractor with demonstrated capability in delivering thoughtfully considered, high quality art or commemorative works within the public realm. The delivery team should include the following key personnel:
· Sculptor with experience in the design and fabrication of full body, ‘life size’, cast bronze statues.
· Designer (landscape architect or architect) with skills in placemaking/urban design to design a setting to suit the sculptures. The designer will also be required to develop project documentation including ‘For Construction’ and ‘Works as Executed’ documentation.
· Construction team to coordinate and deliver all works required to successfully complete the Commemoration, including construction, consolidation and attending to defects liability.
