The Request For Tender (RFT)'s  Statement  of  Requirement  specifies  the  Services  including  the  managerial  and operational requirements. The Contractor will deliver the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFT's Contract.  The Principal of this Contract is the Australian National Maritime Museum.
The  Contractor will perform Regular Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance for the following:
a)  Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Services
?  Central cooling plant;
?  Distributed cooling and heating equipment;
?  Ventilation equipment;
?  Heating equipment;
?  Control equipment; and
?  Ancillary equipment including pumps, motors and pipework.
b)  Water Treatment Services
?  Water treatment of HVAC services; and
?  Water treatment of Refrigeration equipment.


The  Contractor  shall  perform  the  Services  to  ensure  compliance  with  statutory requirements, ANMM requirements (as detailed in this RFT) and relevant standards and codes.

Tender Briefing
A  non-mandatory  briefing  will  be  conducted  at  10am  Australian  Eastern Standard Time  on Tuesday  2  July  2019 at the Museum  Exhibition Building.


Tenderers must attend the main entry foyer and make themselves known to a representative who will direct the tenderers to the briefing location. A  limit  of  two  persons  from  each  organisation  may  attend  the  briefing.


Tenderers  must  confirm  their  intention  to  attend  the  briefing  by  completing Attachment 1 to the Tender Response Schedules, titled "Intention to Respond". The "Intention to Respond" form must  be submitted via e-mail to the Contact Person  via  e-mail  prior  to  5pm  (Australian  Eastern  Standard  Time)  two business days prior to the briefing.


The Tenderer may ask questions during the briefing, however all questions must be directed to the nominated contact person. Responses to the questions will be distributed by email to all Tenderers following the conclusion of the briefing.

:

a) The Tenderer has demonstrated financial corporate stability for a minimum period of three years; 

b) The Tenderer possesses the required insurances, including a minimum of $10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, $10,000,000

Product Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance to the amount required by law;

c) The Tenderer must be CM3 accredited; and

d) The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the closing time.
