This REOI will be used to identify Respondents that best satisfy the minimum requirements and standards set out in the Evaluation Criteria of this REOI. The identified Respondents will then be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the selection of vendor(s) to provide the Core Customer Experience Capabilities.

Description:

This REOI is to seek Responses from suitably experienced and qualified vendors who can provide suitable software capabilities to enable any of the prescribed bundles listed below of the three Core Customer Experience Capabilities (Content Management, Experience Delivery, Experience Analytics) of the proposed myGov Digital Experience Platform (DXP):

Bundle A: Content Management and Experience Delivery only; or

Bundle B: Content Management, Experience Delivery and Experience Analytics; or

Bundle C: Experience Analytics only.

The Agency will provide Registered Respondents with access to a Virtual Data Room containing architectural and technical documentation relevant to this REOI.

Before being given access to the Virtual Data Room, the Respondent must execute and provide to the Contact Officer a duly executed deed, in the form attached as Attachment D – Virtual Data Room Deed Poll.

The Virtual Data Room Deed Poll must be completed and returned to the Contact Officer as per the instruction on Attachment D – Virtual Data Room Deed Poll. Once registered, Respondents will be sent the access details for the Virtual Data Room.
