AFHQ is responsible for providing suitable secure ground transport for invited guests to significant Air Force events, noting that this will be tailored to the respective passenger’s requirements and may involve the provision of transport before and after the actual event.

Clause 2.5 Defence Security Requirements.
On request by the Commonwealth, the tenderer is to comply with the Commonwealth security clearance processes as detailed in Principles 23, 40, 72 and 73 of the DSPF, including obtaining the level of security clearance and accreditations required by the Commonwealth
