Cleaning Services for the National Capital Authority

The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform cleaning services at various facilities across central Canberra. Both scheduled cleaning services and reactive cleaning services are required to maintain the interior and exterior of buildings and other facilities in a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing state.
Facilities that are to be cleaned on a scheduled basis include public toilets, the Regatta Point building, the National Carrillon, Blundells Cottage and several public barbecues. Other buildings and facilities may need to be cleaned on a reactive basis when required.
The proposed contract is for a duration of 3 years with two extension options each with a duration of 1 year.

An Industry Briefing will be held at 10.00am on 3 November 2022 at the offices of the National Capital Authority in the Treasury Building, King Edward Terrace, Parkes ACT.
Tenderers are permitted to submit questions and requests for clarification up until 5.00pm on Tuesday 15 November 2022. Responses will be sent to all tenderers via an addendum.
The Customer will exclude from consideration any Potential Supplier that does not have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN) or is not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST)
The proposed contract start date is 23/01/2023
The proposed contract is for a duration of 3 years with two extension options each with a duration of 1 year.
