Conditions for Participation:

The Condition for Participation is that the Tender is a legal entity recognised under Australian law at the Closing Time. For the purposes of the RFT, a partner of a partnership who submits a Tender on behalf of a partnership that is in existence at the Closing Time, will meet this Condition for Participation

The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer(s) will be 3 years.
