This Request for Tender is for Unlisted Companies Data in relation to Financial Stability
Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements. If a Tenderer is unable to meet all of the Conditions for participation, its Tender response will not be considered:
1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
2. Minimum Service Requirements:
a) Business hours (9am-5pm AEST) telephone, web portal and email technical support.
b) Submit a Service Level Agreement
c) Appropriate staff that can answer general enquiries via email or phone within two days
d) Semi-annual face-to-face meetings (includes videoconference) with at least one data analyst
3. Delivery Minimum Requirements
a) Support secure FTP file based download protocol
b) Send an email notification of new data file when they are released
c) An ability to initiate downloads on an ad hoc basis via service portal
d) Send notifications of upgrades and outages
4. Conditions of usage of the Supply
The tenderer must allow the Reserve Bank to:
a) Internally share the data analysis using the Supply
b) Retain the aggregated/anonymised data analysis or publications using the Supply after the contract expiry
c) Use aggregated/anonymised data analysis (e.g. graphs and tables) using the Supply in external publications where referenced
The proposed contract term is for an initial term of 2 years.
The Contract will provide for options to extend the term for 3 x 1 year terms. The Reserve Bank provides no guarantee or representation that options will be exercised.
