The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics is seeking submissions for the sourcing of a 2021 Census temporary workforce.
The scope of the Services sought includes working collaboratively with ABS across the five Phases of the 2021 Census to:
- Manage the Attraction, Referral Management, Candidate Management, Talent Pool Management, Candidate Assessment for an estimated19,000 Census Resources in Urban and Regional Catchment Areas of Australia

Manage, as requested by the ABS, the Pre-employment Screening and Employment Contract Management for an estimated 30,000 Census Resources across all parts of Australia

Reporting and analytics on a range of candidate metrics and management information.
The Services must be planned, tested and delivered in close collaboration with the ABS, in line with the 2021 Census project Phases over the period February 2019 to December 2021.

The ABS is seeking to Contract for an initial term of approximately 3 years. The ABS may in its sole discretion extend the Contract beyond the initial term for a further period or periods, totalling no more than 2 years from the end of the initial term.
