Web Applications and Application Programming Interface (API) Services.

The ATO is seeking an experienced Software as a Service (SaaS) provider in the Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) services market. They will be required to provide the following services:
• Content Delivery Network (CDN), Caching and Redirection Services
• Distributed Denial of Service protection (DDoS)
• Web Application Firewall services (WAF)
• API protection
• Bot protection
• Centralised management, dashboards, and reporting
• Delivery at scale and globally
• Support integration for security, audit logging, automation, service management, alerting and reporting.
• Services to support migration, extracting value from the solution and minor change.
This Statement of Requirement (SoR) document will describe the requirements that must be met. Respondents are requested to provide information on the extent they can meet the requirements laid out in Part 2 - SOR document.
Please note, the ATO has extended the normal open period to allow potential tenderers extra time to submit a tender response over the Christmas period.

The ATO proposes to enter into a Contract with the successful tenderer by April 2023 for an initial contract period of 3 years with additional 2 x 1 year option terms.
