Description:

Head Contractor construction works for the refurbishment of kitchens within Australian Parliament House

Conditions for Participation:

DPS will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed DPS considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:

a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3);

b. Demonstrated experience working in similar environments to APH (eg: a public facing, live environment) where services have been successfully isolated (electricity/water/gas) to avoid disruptions to other parts of the property;

c. Demonstrated experience in delivery of similar projects of similar scale and value;

d. Referee check for the project examples provided in Tender submission.
