Consultancy Services – Internal Audit and Risk Management

The Audit and Risk & Compliance Departments are approaching the market to request proposals from service providers for Consultancy / Subject Matter Expert (SME) services in a variety of expertise categories to assist in a wide range of assurance projects as well as the development of elements of the Bank’s risk management framework.
SME’s are not requested for services such as: IT, Data Analytics, Transactions or Valuations work.
The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
The Proposal must be in English.
Any reference in the Proposal relating to measurements and dimensions must be expressed in metric units.
All costs, fees, prices and other monetary amounts in the Proposal must be expressed in Australian currency.
The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed.
An initial contract period of two years is proposed from the contract commencement date. The initial contract period may be extended by the Bank for a further period of two years.
