Request for Tender for Provision of Wellbeing and Specialist Support Services

The services sought through this RFT process have been split into two distinct parts as follows:
Part A - End to end wellbeing support for all Redress Group staff and IDMs.
Part B - Specialist survivor interactions and related services to Redress applicants.
(a) The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if, at any time before any resultant Contract is executed, the Commonwealth considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
(i) exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time. In the event that the Tenderer is a consortium, joint venture or partnership, the lead member must be a legal entity at the Closing Time;
(ii) not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership at the Closing Time (this applies to any consortia members proposed in a tender);
(iii) not be subject to a judicial decision against it relating to unpaid employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal), where the employee entitlements remain unpaid (refer clause 6.7(a)(i));
(iv) not be named in the consolidated list referred to in regulation 40 of the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth) (refer clause 6.7(a)(ii)); and
(v) not be non-compliant under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act) (refer clause 6.11).
The proposed contract term is three years with two options to extend for up to two years each.
