Description:

This is a notice for a potential upcoming procurement.

The EST02150 (N2286) HMAS Harman Redevelopment Project (Project) will deliver new and upgraded engineering services infrastructure, new and refurbished office accommodation, an upgraded and expanded base entry precinct, a new gymnasium and refurbished living-in accommodation at HMAS Harman, Australian Capital Territory.

Potential tenderers are advised that the procurement strategy for the Project involves the engagement of a Head Contractor to deliver the works, via a two-stage open tender.

Contractors will be required to demonstrate their capacity to deliver large scale redevelopment works as part of their response to an Invitation to Register Interest.

Further advice will be provided upon the release of the Invitation to Register Interest, which is expected to be released on 16 Feb 23.
