Provision of Employee Assistance Program

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking proposals for an external Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider to deliver counselling and other wellbeing services to DFAT employees and their families located in Australia and overseas. This includes providing support services to Locally Engaged Staff (LES) – staff engaged overseas to perform work for DFAT, typically within an Australian chancery.

The new EAP contract arrangement will start on 19 September 2019 for three years, followed by two options to extend by 18 months.
