Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Design and Construction at Nirimba Fields, NSW to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender for PROC-62828 D&C of 27 Dwellings Nirimba Fields.

DHA anticipates contract commencement in November 2022.
DHA anticipates practical completion will be achieved October 2023.
Contract period includes holiday and approval periods.
