iManage Support Services

The ACCC’s Requirements for the Services are set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement) of this RFT. The ACCC seeks to engage a seller with the experience, and capacity to provide iManage support services and some licencing for iManage and associated tools (collectively, the 'Services')
The Services include:
i. training services;
ii. transition-in services;
iii. transition-out services;
iv. maintenance of the on premises iManage instance to a recent version;
v. provision of support for buyer’s internal App Support and information management teams;
vi. provision of a bulk import and export tool;
vii. provision of a tool to interface with external systems and create workspaces;
viii. provision of a content crawler to convert image based files to text-searchable PDFs and assess documents for bulk processing;
ix. provision of iManage related licencing;
x. working with existing Managed IT Supplier; and
xi. possible further integration
iManage is the ACCC's information and records management system.
iManage is an approved repository for our information assets, specifically documents and emails. iManage is designed to support the information lifecycle from creation through to archival or destruction.
Minimum Content and Format Requirements
Subject to paragraph 1.29.4 of the attached Intro and Schedule 2 document, the ACCC will exclude a Tender from further consideration if the ACCC considers that the Tender does not comply with any one or more of the following requirements:
a. the Tender is written in English;
b. measurements are expressed in Australian legal units of measurement;
c. the Tender includes a completed and signed Tenderer’s Deed substantially in the form provided
Conditions for Participation
The ACCC will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before contract is executed the ACCC considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following Conditions for Participation:
a. the Tenderer is certified or authorised (whichever is applicable) by iManage to provide iManage support services in Australia; and
b. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
The initial term of the contract will be 3 years with possible extension. The expected contract commencement date is 14 June 2023.
