Briarcliffe Retaining Walls and Internal Refurbishment Upgrade, NSW
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of minor works at RAAF Base Glenbrook to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender for PROC-63604 Briarcliffe Retaining Walls and Internal Refurbishment Upgrades

Only enquiries received prior to 3:00pm (Canberra Time) Tuesday, 23 August 2022, will be accepted.
a) The proposed site team has current Defence Common Access Cards (DCAC), with access to RAAF Base Glenbrook or is able to acquire DCAC’s within 4 weeks of contract being awarded.
Note: The process of obtaining a DCAC for foreign nationals is more stringent and may take several weeks to acquire.
b) The tenderer and any sub-contractors proposed in the tender must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
c) Builders Licence;
d) FSC Accreditation; and
e) Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2011 – Quality & Safety Systems.
DHA anticipates contract commencement in September 2022.
DHA anticipates practical completion will be achieved February 2023.
Note:
Contract period includes holiday and approval periods.
Completion times relating to similar packages will be discussed with successful Tenderers.
