PNG Partnerships for Improving Education

The PNG Partnerships for Improving Education (PIE) program will start in July 2022 and run for up to eight years (5 year initial term plus 3 year extension option) starting in four provinces and in close partnership with the PNG National Department of Education (NDoE).
Please ensure submissions are successfully completed well before the ATM Closing Time and Date. Late Tenders will not be accepted.
a) Tenders are to include substantially completed Tender Response Schedules 1-3.
b) Tenders must be submitted via AusTender, www.tenders.gov.au, by the closing date.
c) Tenders must be written in English.
d) All measurements are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.
e) The Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
f) The Tenderer complies with the Black Economy Procurement Connected Policy.
g) The Tenderer must not be listed on the World Bank List or any similar List maintained by a development donor or be the subject of an informal investigation or temporary suspension which could lead the Tenderer becoming so listed.
h) The Tenderer must not be subject to an adverse Court or Tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of any workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers’ compensation law, or if the Tenderer is subject, that the Tenderer has fully complied, or is fully complying with the Court or Tribunal order.
i) The Tenderer agrees to contract as a single legal entity.
The Contract arising from this RFT will be subject to DFAT approval.
In accordance with the Statement of Requirements, the initial Contract Term: July 2022 to June 2027 (5 Years). Option to extend Contract Term: July 2027 to June 2030 (3 Years).
