DHA Real Estate Rental Management Services Panel
DHA provides housing to Australian Defence Force members. Where property owned or leased by DHA becomes surplus to Defence requirements, on either a permanent or a temporary basis, it is often retained under DHA management. Where these properties are owned or leased by DHA they may be made available to the private rental market. Private leasing may be a permanent or temporary management strategy for a property in the DHA portfolio.
In accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) for Real Estate Rental Services (RERS), DHA is calling for tenders from appropriately qualified and licensed Real Estate Agents with demonstrated experience and availability to deliver high quality services under a panel arrangement. DHA is ultimately looking for Service Providers who will interact appropriately with DHA and provide reliable and responsive rental management services that deliver high quality outcomes and represent best value for money. Successful Tenderers will join a panel of service providers to be established in various locations.
