Invitation to Register Interest: Puckapunyal Health and Wellbeing Centre. Head Contract (HC-1 2003)
This Invitation to Register (ITR) Interest is for the Head Contractor Contract for Project A4527: Puckapunyal Health and Wellbeing Centre.
The Project includes the completion of design and then construction of a Health and Wellbeing Centre comprising a 25 metre indoor swimming pool, multifunctional weights and cardio area (1,280 sqm), external training areas, support, storage and administrative spaces and associated car parks, and demolition of redundant facilities.
The current level of design progression is at 50% for architectural and civil disciplines, with design advice to be provided for other disciplines along with the previously completed 50% design. The successful tenderer will be required to manage the completion of the design from this stage to 100% design. The current design consultant will be novated to the successful tenderer to achieve this.

At the time this ITR is published on AusTender or otherwise issued to the Applicant, the Commonwealth anticipates that the award date for the contract will be in or about August 2020 with completion of the works in or about March 2022.
