Multi-stage Criteria:

The REOI is the first stage of a 2 stage procurement process. The objective of the REOI process is to identify Respondents that meet the mandatory Minimum Content and Format requirements and Conditions for Participation identified in Schedule 2 and Attachment B to Schedule 3 of this REOI. Respondents who have fully complied with the mandatory Conditions for Participation will be invited to participate in the stage 2 restricted Request for Tender.

Description:

IPEA is undertaking a procurement for the provision of Travel Management Services for parliamentary travellers.

The external delivery of Travel Management Services (TMS) enables the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (IPEA) to achieve its business objective of providing travel management services to Parliamentary Travellers.

Conditions for Participation:

IPEA will exclude an EOI from further consideration if IPEA considers that the Respondent does not meet the following Condition for Participation:

The Respondent is a Travel Agent accredited under the Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS) administered by the Australian Federation of Travel Agents.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The new services are to commence from 1 January 2022 with an initial period of 3 years with an addition 3 x 1 year options to extend at the discretion of IPEA.
