Request for Expression of Interest for Construction of Houses

DHA require suitably qualified home builders who have a capability to undertake concurrent constructions of between 5 to 30 houses per project.
Projects may include;
(i) construction of single dwellings and/or
(ii) house and land packages.
DHA is seeking to put in place a non-exclusive panel arrangement for a period of three (3) years with the option of extending the contract for a further one year, if DHA is satisfied with the Service Providers' performance.

Darwin Briefing Session will be held on Monday, 16 March 2009 at 6.30pm
Brisbane Briefing Session will be held on Wednesday, 18 March 2009 at 6.30pm
Melbourne Briefing Session will be held on Thursday, 19 March 2009 at 6.30pm
Respondents must direct any questions regarding the Request Expression of Interest (REOI) for their Region to the following email address:
Questions must be received in writing between 7 March 2009 and 27 March 2009.
DHA will post responses to queries (if any) regarding the REOI on AusTender. Any modifications or amendments will also be posted on AusTender.
Minimum Content and Format Requirement
• Responses, including all attachments and supporting data, must be in English.
• Responses must be submitted in the form of the REOI Document.
2. Essential Requirements
• Respondents must submit an REOI for the provision of Services requested.
• The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, reissued June 2006, applies to this project.
