Aged Care Centre for Growth and Translational Research (CGTR): Stage 2: Establish and Operate

A model for the Aged Care Centre for Growth and Translational Research (CGTR) has been developed by Flinders University and Wells Advisory which is included within the tender documentation. As set out in detail there, the Centre will engage with Australia's aged care workforce, providers, researchers and consumers. The Centre will enable access to expertise, translated research and support services, build workforce capability and develop innovative solutions for the delivery of aged care services.
A non-compulsory industry briefing via webinar will be convened within 10 business days of the Request for Tender (RFT) release. All tenderers who would like to attend the industry briefing must first register their interest by emailing the Contact Officer. Further details including the webinar platform and times will be provided to registered parties.
1.The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not satisfied any resulting order.
2.a) The Tenderer either:
i.holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time; or
ii.has a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the closing time, and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Closing Time; and
b) The Tenderer holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record from any Subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Services, where the estimated value of the Services to be undertaken by that Subcontractor is over $4 million (GST inclusive).
