Security Services
The provision of Security Services including the following:
1) Electronic Security Services: Regular Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of electronic monitoring, access control and closed circuit television systems.
2) Operational Guard Services: Static guard services, patrol services and onsite monitoring services.
3) Back to Base Monitoring: Alarm monitoring and action initiation services involving the coordination of alarm responses.
4) Physical Security Services: Regular Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of key management systems and non-motorised gates.
In accordance with the ATM documents.
a) Tenderers have demonstrated financial corporate stability for a minimum period of three years as determined from a review of financial statements and written statements regarding financial capacity;
b) Tenderers possess the required insurances, including a minimum of $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, $20,000,000 Product Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance to the amount required by law; and
c) Tenderers exists as a legal entity at the tender closing time.
NCA is targeting late November 2019 for the commencement of the Discrete Contract. The Term of the Discrete Contract will be for a period of three (3) years. The Principal, at its sole discretion, may extend the Term of the Discrete Contract by for a maximum of two optional Extension Periods. Each optional Extension Period will be for one year duration.
