Registration, Ticketing and Site Access Accreditation Services for Commemorative Events - France, Turkey and Australia
DVA is seeking to engage a registration, ticketing and site access accreditation services provider to support the conduct of commemorative events held in Villers-Bretonneux, France, Gallipoli, Turkey and if required, in Australia.
The Service Provider must provide an online Registration System that enables the general public and tour groups to register and obtain attendance passes, and an online Accreditation System that enables relevant organisations to apply for, and obtain, site access accreditation passes for approved personnel, vehicles, and/or tour coach/shuttle buses.
In addition, the Service Provider must provide in-country attendee registration services, messaging services, and site accreditation services in the lead up to the event/s.

A period of one year, encompassing Anzac Day 2021, with options for up to two additional one year periods (2022 and 2023 ) and a further three (3) year option.
