A mandatory industry briefing will be held:
20/06/22 Cockatoo Island 10am @ the Visitors Centre
21/06/22 North Head 1pm @ Building 1
22/06/22 Headland Park 1pm @ Building 1
Attendee contact details must be provided to the Contact Officer no later than 17/06/22 @ 2pm. Maximum 2 attendees per Tenderer.

- The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
- The Tender must not be a joint Tender.
- The Tender must include completed tender response forms including completed and signed Tenderer’s Deed in the form provided.
- The Tenderer has attended the Mandatory Industry Briefing.
- The Tenderer has complied with the insurance requirements and certificates of currency have been provided.
