Description:

The NCP is composed of the following: a scholarships program, a mobility grants program, business engagement (internships, mentorships and sponsorship) and an alumni program. The delivery of these programs depends on the provision of complex financial management arrangements, pastoral care for scholars, communications and stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services. Delivery, and the associated administration of all these elements, is currently fragmented and we are seeking to establish a strategically integrated delivery model.
