Description:

To allow the NMA to restore, house, and present their collection, the NMA’s Facilities contain a significant quantity of traditional and specialised systems and equipment (Service Assets).

These Service Assets require scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections and adjustments throughout the Service Assets lifetime.

The initial term of the contractual arrangement with the Contractor will be four (4) years with the NMA having the option to extend any contractual arrangement that results from this RFT.

Registered Tenderers must pre-register their attendance at the industry briefing with the Contact Officer no later than COB Wednesday 22nd March 2023.

Attendance at the industry briefing will be at the Registered Tenderer’s own cost.

Attendance at the industry briefing is compulsory and is a Condition for Participation. A Tenderer’s absence from the industry briefing will result in exclusion from the RFT process in accordance with clause 2 in Schedule 2.
