Telecommunication Benchmarking Services

The DTA has established marketplaces, panels, and arrangements to simplify the process for buying digital products and services. They give government buyers easier access to Sellers with improved terms, conditions, and prices.
The Telecommunications Marketplace was established in September 2020.
Under the draft Head Agreement, the DTA, or an appointed independent third-party benchmarker (Routine Benchmarker) may at any time after the first anniversary of the Head Agreement Start Date:
1. Test the market in relation to telecommunications commodity goods and services, including cloud based or hosted subscription-based Offerings; and
2. Undertake routine benchmarking of any or all Offerings, including whether the Charges for any Offering are priced competitively (whether those Offerings are available under the Telecommunications Marketplace or are required to be provided in accordance with a Contract) (Routine Benchmarking).
Responses must be lodged through AusTender by the Closing Time.
