Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this Invitation to Tender of the provision of National Annual Revaluation Services across Australia.

The Tenderer and any sub-contractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The Tenderer must ensure all Specified Personal who are to undertake valuations have the following qualifications:
a) current Associate CPV membership of the Australian Property Institute (in relevant State or Territory) for a period of no less than two (2) years;
b) have not less than two (2) years' experience in the State or Territory in which property is located; and
c) be registered to practice as a valuer of residential property in the relevant State or Territory where the property is located.
DHA anticipates contract execution to occur in July 2022.
