Description:

The Australian War College located at the Australian Defence College (ADC) currently organises bus transportation services for dependent children of Defence Cooperation Program (DCP) students and seconded staff posted to ADC who reside in Fetherston Ridge, Weston ACT. The children currently attend a number of public schools in the Weston Creek/Tuggeranong school catchment areas.

The Customer will be exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:

1. Accredited bus operator under:

• Road Transport (Public Passenger Services) Act 2001

• Road Transport (Public Passenger Services) Regulation 2002

• Passenger Transport Act 2014 No 46 (NSW Legislation)

2. Bus Driver(s) must hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card

3. Vehicles tendered must be well maintained and are to be no more than 10 years old

Timeframe for Delivery:

The initial contract will be for 1 year commencing 2023 with extensions out to Dec 2027
