Request for Expression of Interest for 1800RESPECT

On behalf of the Australian Government, the Department of Social Services is conducting a two-stage open procurement process involving a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) followed by a Request for Tender (RFT) to shortlisted respondents. The purpose of the procurement is to secure a suitably qualified organisation or group of organisations to deliver 1800RESPECT, the national telephone and online counselling and information service for people affected by family, domestic and sexual violence.
The Australian Government’s priority is ensuring 1800RESPECT provides high quality, responsive and trauma informed support to people who need help and information. It is seeking a high-quality provider or group of providers, to deliver timely specialist counselling, referral and information to meet the immediate needs of people affected by domestic, family and sexual violence.

The proposed contract term is an initial term of five (5) years, with options to extend for one or more periods up to five (5) years in total.
