The Department is seeking Tenders for the following Services:

Participation in the build phase of the Registry portal to periodically review and provide feedback on the functionality delivered and to develop the required operational process documentation prior to the Registry becoming operational.

To operate the National Occupational Respiratory Disease Registry for the Department.

To provide analytical services on the disease notifications received, and eligible to be received, by the Registry.

Provide support for: notifying physicians in accessing and using the Registry, the review of some diagnoses by relevant medical experts, relevant State and Territory agencies in obtaining relevant disease notifications and reports, and researchers in understanding the data available and the provision of that information to approved research projects.

Contacting patients to complete a voluntary questionnaire that provides additional information to be used for research and loading responses into the Registry.

To maintain the integrity of the information in the Registry.

Promotion of the Registry through the production of quarterly newsletters aimed at physicians that include summary statistics on the diseases being notified, and the production of an annual report.

The provision of reports and extracts of information in the Registry as required by the Department.

A briefing session will be available on November 10 for interested tenderers.

The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.

The Tenderer, its personnel, and any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).  

The Tenderer (and any Subcontractor proposed in its Tender) must not be named in the Consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth)
