Serial Publications and Related Services
The Department of Defence, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia, is conducting a procurement to establish a Standing Offer Panel for the supply of Serial Publications and Related Services as described in this attachment. This procurement is a cooperative procurement as defined in the Commonwealth Procurement Rules paragraphs 4.13 to 4.15.
As well as the Department of Defence, the Standing Offer will be available to other agencies that report under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and Commonwealth Authorities that report under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.
The requirement is for the supply of serial publications that cover a broad range of subject areas suitable for Commonwealth agencies. Serial Publications published from all regions of the world will be considered, however, there is a preference for the inclusion of Australian material.
