Mulwala Renewable Energy Project, NSW
Provide a 6.5MWdc/4.99 MWac Photovoltaic solar array at Mulwala Explosives Factory including the design, installation, commissioning and a 2 year maintenance period.
The Project will deliver renewable (solar) electricity to the Mulwala Explosives Factory, through a Design and Construct contractor. This project includes the works associated with the solar photovoltaic (PV) and also the upgrades and augmentations to the existing site network to enable connection of the solar PV.
An online industry briefing will be conducted on the 14 July 2022 via Microsoft Teams. Applicants are to register for this industry brief.
All applicants who wish to register for the industry briefing must contact the contact officer via email, no later than the 10 July 2022. If you have not registered you may be denied access on the day of the industry brief.
Maximum of two (2) persons per respondent may attend.

The industry briefing will be conducted for the purpose of providing background information only.
The applicant must not in any way rely upon the industry briefing for the purposes of preparing its Registration of Interest and if it is invited to lodge a tender for the contractor’s activities and the works, preparing, amending or negotiating its tender, or entering into any contract with the Commonwealth.

- The Applicant must hold Clean Energy Council solar accreditation or commit to obtaining accreditation prior to contract signature.
2023 – 2024 design, construct and commission with 2024 – 2026 two (2) year Operations and Maintenance Period.
