Following this RFP process, the Commonwealth intends to conduct a Request for Tender (RFT) process that is anticipated to commence in Q4, 2021. Subject to the Conditions of Proposal (COP) the Commonwealth intends that only respondents to the RFP being considered for down-selection to the RFT. It is intended that only shortlisted respondents will be requested to submit tenders, for potentially more than one solution class, in response to the proposed RFT.
