ATM 19/685 Parcel Freight Services

The AAD is seeking to engage suitable Suppliers for the provision of Parcel Freight Services (together the ‘Supplies’) within Australia and Internationally. The AAD have a requirement for the movement of approximately 2500 consignments of personal effects, general parcels and scientific samples. This service is required to move small consignments door to door, in boxes, eskies and on pallets throughout Tasmania, Interstate and Internationally.

The supply must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in the ATM and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in ATM 19/685 Parcel Freight Services. Neither the lowest nor any ATM Response may necessarily be accepted. The AAD reserves the right to abandon or terminate any aspect of the ATM at any stage if it is not in the public interest to proceed. Late submissions will not be accepted and submissions forwarded by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Potential Suppliers should note that the Draft Deed of Standing Offer is indicative of standard terms and conditions that will form the basis of a formal agreement only and any contractual arrangement with a preferred Supplier will be subject to change. The AAD reserves the right to consider alternative terms and conditions of contract.
It is anticipated that the Deed of Standing Offer will take effect from 1 October 2019
