Primary Dispute Resolution Services

The FCA Entity requires primary dispute resolution services such as mediation and conciliation from community based organisations. These services are particularly conducted in rural and regional areas of Australia in support of its circuit work.
The Primary Dispute Resolutions (PDR) Services covering family law property related matters only to help resolve disputes in a manner other than via litigation. The FCC places significant priority on this process which can provide an affordable and timely option for resolving disputes, allowing for a greater personal level of control and management of the process and outcomes. Where such mediation is considered suitable to assist in the resolution of a dispute, a Judge or Registrar may order that clients attend mediation. Generally, services will cover Conciliation and Mediation and will be provided on an as-required basis.
Tenderers will be required to manage the provision of Services on a national basis.
It is the preference of the FCA Entity that, as a result of this request for tender, a single national provider is engaged to provide the required Services. However the FCA Entity reserves the right to engage a small number of providers (Panel of providers) should the FCA Entity believe that better outcomes may be achieved.
Must be a legal entity recognised under Australian law at the Tender closing time.
