Agent Services – Burketown, Gayndah & Mundubbera
The Agency provides Agent and Access Point services to over 580 sites in rural and remote locations across Australia. Agents are contracted to deliver services and programs on behalf of the Agency and are therefore not employees of the Agency.
Agents play a vital role in the delivery of Agency services through the provision of a face-to-face information service and facilitation of free self-help facilities including internet enabled computers, telephones and facsimile/photocopier/printer for Agency related business. Remuneration is agreed between the Agency and the contractor as part of the contract.
5.2All enquiries in relation to this RFT must be:
(a)in writing;
(b)directed to, and only to, the Contact Officer; and
(c)submitted no later than 2:00pm (Canberra local time) 04 August 2021.

The Conditions for Participation are:
(a)the Tenderer must confirm that it accepts the standard terms and conditions for agent contracts available upon request by emailing: naapt@servicesaustralia.gov.au; and
(b)the Tenderer must confirm that it accepts the fixed pricing specified for agent contract at clause 8 Fee Structure of Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement) of this RFT.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the preferred Tenderer will be for an initial term of one (1) year and, at the sole discretion of the Agency, a further four (4) periods of one (1) year each.
