Through this Request for Information (RFI) the AEC is seeking to:
•identify innovative ideas and approaches to a deployment and device management solution of portable devices and peripherals for election events
•identify market capability to deliver each of the key solution components or provide rationale why some components should be excluded
•understand market capacity for different deployment scenarios
•understand costs associated with different deployment scenarios.
The AEC intends to use Submissions to help inform the development of its requirements, business case and any future procurement strategy.
