Building Engineering Services for the Base Building Design of the Reserve Bank’s 65 Martin Place Head Office Redevelopment Project, covering mechanical services, electrical, lighting & communications services, hydraulic services, wet & dry fire services, electronic security, building technology, substation design, water services coordinator.
Respondents are required to complete and submit the Conditions for Participation Schedule and an executed Non-Disclosure Deed in order to access Parts 1 (Section 3.2), 2, 3 and 4 of the RFP. Responses to RFP Phase 1 must be returned electronically via email to the Bank Contact.
