The Works under the Project include the following:
a) A new dangerous goods store for the storage of radiological, chemical (both liquid and corrosive storage), gaseous, dry cell battery, LPG and flammable liquid storage.
b) Refurbishment of the Logistics Support Squadron Office within the unit operations area in Building T151 for new nominated positions.
c) A new essential C-CBRNE training facility which will encompass a new Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) training disablement workshop to raise, train and sustain EOD specialists. The flexible training facility will also contain a large classroom and several smaller laboratories to develop personnel in special operations engineering skills.
d) A new search training area, which will encompass cleared space for the placement of temporary structures to replicate operational environments, to be utilised in training scenarios.
e) A new calibration laboratory for the calibration of sensitive equipment that utilises lasers and radiation which will be acquired in line with LAND3025PH2.

Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement

Tenderers are required to download, complete, duly execute and return the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement by email to the Tender Administrator prior to release of any tender documentation.
Industry Briefing
The first industry briefing will be conducted on 07 December 2022 at Holsworthy Barracks, NSW.
A further industry briefing is proposed to be held virtually via MS Teams. Further details (including the date and time) will be provided by the Tender Administrator closer to the time.

WHS Accreditation Scheme

The Works described in the Tender Documents are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
