AIR555 AISREW Facilities Project – Forward Operating Base Townsville - Head Contract - Invitation to Register
The Head Contract delivery will provide construction services in respect of:
- A new secure facility (approx. 430m2) which will include:
- Secure work area;
- Computer Server Rooms;
- Office space;
- Associated amenities;
- Associated plant rooms; and
- Circulation space.
- New, upgraded or relocated Infrastructure:
- Electricity including High and Low Voltage Power Reticulation;
- ICT and Security;
- Potable and Fire Water;
- Stormwater;
- Sewage;
- Vehicle and Pedestrian access; and
- Landscaping.
Procurement will be completed in two stages; Invitation To Register interest (ITR) followed by a Request for Tender (RFT). To receive the ITR Documents, potential Tenderers must complete the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement (DCA) and return to the Tender Administrator. On receipt of a correctly completed and executed DCA, the Tender Administrator shall issue the ITR Documents via AusTender upload.
Tenderers must meet the eligibility requirements of section 23 of the Building Code 2016
